Phil and his wife, Jessica, own and operate one of the top 10 Goosehead Insurance Agencies in America. Their unique style of Responsive, Responsible, Professional Insurance has allowed them to win in a marketplace full of competitors. Today, leading a team 8 agents strong, Phil's responsibilities include Relationship Management, Marketing, Recruiting, Training, and Sales.
Prior to founding The Phil Delgado Agency, Phil served San Antonio as GM for Bill Miller Bar-B-Q restaurants for 7 years and 10 years as GM at Rolling Oaks Golf Center and Sports Bar & Grill.
Growing up, Phil would spend time watching his Grandpa, who served as Director of Advertising for Handy Andy Grocery prior to retirement, paint business signs in his garage. In 1998, Phil graduated from The UT-Austin's McCombs School of Business with a degree in Marketing and a passion for brand development, advertising, and process management.
Phil and his wife, Jessica, work together at The Phil Delgado Agency, have 3 beautiful children, and a Goldendoodle named Prince. In his free time, Phil plays in a men's baseball league and enjoys reading and fishing. He recently fulfilled a dream of owning a pontoon boat so any boating tips would be appreciated.
