Trey Worley
TMBA President

Trey Worley currently serves as the President of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and as Senior Vice President and Manager of Comerica Bank’s Warehouse Lending Western Region. Trey has spent his entire career in commercial banking with a focus on warehouse lending. Trey started his banking career in 2002 with Guaranty Bank in Dallas and joined Guaranty Bank’s warehouse lending department in the summer of 2003. In 2009, Trey pursued an opportunity to join Comerica Bank in Dallas and helped Comerica grow its warehouse program substantially during the recession and thereafter. Trey’s current responsibilities include oversight of the sales team covering the Western U.S. and gulf states which represents approximately $2.5 billion in warehouse facilities and 50 customers. Trey is a 2012 graduate of the MBA’s Future Leader Program as a TMBA Wooten Scholarship recipient.

He has served as a Board Member and/or committee chair of the TMBA since joining the board of directors in 2011. Trey graduated with BBAs in Finance and Economics from Baylor University and currently resides in McKinney, Texas with his wife, Jaime, and two daughters Kaitlyn and Sophia. In his spare time, Trey enjoys golf and serving with his church both locally and in Central America drilling clean water wells with Living Water International.
