Program
TRID 2.0 Know Before You Owe Clarified
Program Description
Although the CFPB finalized its Final Rule adopting it amendments to the TRID regulation back on July 7, 2017, compliance with the amendment was voluntary until October 1, 2018, when it became mandatory with respect to loan applications taken on or after that date. With October 1 now upon us, we thought it would be an appropriate time to remind everyone of the key provisions of this amendment, referred to in the industry as “TRID 2.0”. Join Jay Beitel as he presents “TRID 2.0 Know Before You Owe Clarified.”
