Former SML Commissioner Caroline Jones gives her perspective on Texas Mortgage Regulation. She will discuss various ways for you and your company to stay current and in compliance.

She recently joined Polunsky Beitel Green as Special Counsel joining Director of Regulatory Affairs Doug Foster, who preceded Caroline as the Commissioner of the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. As Commissioner, Caroline was responsible for implementing much of the state's current regulatory framework for mortgage lending.
