John's Bio:
John Heil is Loan Guaranty Officer for the Houston Regional Office, assigned in March 2009. He is responsible for management of the VA Home Loan Program that includes oversight of lenders, servicers, fee appraisers, and other stakeholders to ensure their compliance with federal regulations, laws and VA guidelines. In addition, he is responsible for the training, development, and service and support of 101 employees serving the 2.7 million Veteran populations of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
